Feminist Rant Time!
Also how does anyone in there right mind think that slut shaming is bad. Im not even sure if that’s even a opinion it might as well be a fact. If you are a person that has random sex constantly you are a slut. That means you are a trashy disgusting person. We live in a moraless nation and its just sad.
RANT TIME. Get ready.
A) I hardly ever, if ever, rant about my personal beliefs on Tumblr, frankly because I find it pointless. But I’m on my period (and if you’re disgusted by that, sorry, it’s a force of nature) and I feel like being a bitch. So just enjoy it.
B) Clearly, “killersharkswag,” you have the right to be shaming people. With your perfect lifestyle, including your impeccable wording, grammar, and spelling, as well as your delightfully well-backed argument, you’re just the one and only source of morality in the modern world. How dare you tear another person down for the decisions they’ve made in life! We all take our own paths and we all enjoy different things. Just because you’re some white, suburban, good Christian girl/guy (who would never dabble in sinful behavior of any sort) doesn’t mean that you get to press your morality on others. Our “moraless” nation is full of people with the ability to do as they please. If you would prefer to restrict sexual freedoms, you may move to the Middle East whenever you so desire.
C) I’m not dabbling in the behaviors that you claim in your little blurb, however, slut shaming is indeed a bad behavior. Is calling another girl a slut going to make your day? Really? Let them live their own lives and you can live yours. Their decisions are not affecting yours at all, unless you plan on later sleeping with the “slut” and they give you an STD (which, based on this post, I’m assuming you do not exactly want to do). Just leave people to their own ideas as to what sexual freedom is, and stop making it sound like the girls that don’t keep their virginity (which, by the way, what does that even mean, it’s a useless term) are some sort of lower-class women. If you decide to abstain until marriage, props to you for resisting temptation and fulfilling your dream. In fact, it’s probably going to be nice for you! But not everyone has made that promise, and we need to stop making girls feel bad for wanting to dabble in sexual behavior.
